To strengthen our Customer Success team we are looking for an
Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) in Dresden/Remote/HybridAs part of our Customer Success Team you will
- Independently manage medium to large enterprise accounts
- Ensure customer success by providing holistic advice and solutions or services to your accounts.
- Build relationships with customers and represent their interests within our company through regular appointments
- be responsible for ensuring that relevant information reaches your customers in a timely manner
- Support your customers in adopting our product in the best possible way and to use it on a regular basis
- Improve the customer experience with the help of tools like Hubspot and Intercom and work with innovative topics such as chatbots
- Frequently update our online knowledge base together with the rest of your team
- And of course, contribute and implement your own innovative ideas ;)
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Customer Service (preferably in the IT or SaaS environment)
- High level of empathy and strong listening skills
- Very good rhetorics and confidence in telephone or video calls
- Meticulous use of a CRM system (Hubspot) to guarantee transparency and information flow within seventhings
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Distinct ability to work teams
