Provide proactive support and guidance to users, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
Conduct regular check-ins with users to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the user base.
Maintain accurate user records and update relevant information in the CRM system.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to effectively advise users on optimizing their success.
Proven experience as a Customer Success Officer or similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple user relationships simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer success management tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Tagalog and English, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate between the two languages.
