ModSquad has partnered with a meaningful story sharing service and we're urgently seeking Customer Support Representative to join our team.
As a member of this team, you'll respond to customers' order and /or issue inquiries via tickets. You will also review and approve new orders made (these come through in a simple ticket format and are simply reviewed for any obvious errors).
Project Hours (All Times Pacific Standard Time): Daily: 8 PM - 6 AM PST
Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment: 20 hours per week 90 days (as needed)

What We Are Looking For:
- Able to work within the hours of 8 PM - 6 AM PT
- Excellent writing and problem-solving skills
- Helpful, polite and smart individuals with a real “Can Do” attitude
- A strong passion for books/storytelling, eager to share that passion with those you will support (help our users write their story!)
- Excellent at identifying technical issues and communicating those issues (and their solutions) effectively to someone who may not be as tech-savvy as you are
- Tech-Savvy, and able to pick up new tools/software easily
WorkSpace Requirements:
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above.
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone.
- Access to a webcam or smartphone that is capable of taking pictures.
