Job Description
As our Customer Support, you’ll be the vital link between our cutting-edge technology and our valued clients. You’ll guide users through our intuitive portal, troubleshoot claim submission issues, and ensure smooth operations for healthcare providers. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, providing expert guidance on portal navigation and claim submissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to employee information and claim creation
- Create and escalate tickets for complex technical issues, collaborating with our development team
- Manage client communications via email, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
- Perform essential administrative tasks during quieter periods, contributing to overall operational efficiency
- Assist clients with documentation queries, explaining processes clearly and concisely
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance, safeguarding sensitive medical and insurance information
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of healthcare or insurance terminology, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Proficiency in customer support software and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable handling customer support calls with additional email correspondence
- Ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant environment, maintaining strict data privacy standards
