Job Description

As the Cybersecurity Project and Administrative Coordinator at ARETUM, you will provide direct support to the Cybersecurity team, assisting with project coordination, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Strong ability to take notes – including synthesizing large amounts of information into key capture points and action items
  • Maintaining stakeholders contact lists
  • Update project schedule
  • Collaborative planning and implementation of changes and enhancements to the service based and analysis oriented organizations.
  • Facilitation of cross-functional coordination and communication among multiple organizations to ensure alignment with the FY24 AOP milestones.
  • Establishment of mechanisms to centralize, consolidate, and deliver data and insights through exchange platforms to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support for the Domain Working Groups in a PMO setting in addressing fragmentation and accessibility issues within the organization, to include meeting coordination, note-taking, and communications and briefing materials on the project progress, challenges, and risks.
  • Alignment of efforts with critical CSD AOP goals and objectives.
  • Provide cyber threat intelligence-focused technical project management support to internal and external partnership engagements to drive related strategies, plans, and key deliverables aimed at increasing and enhancing cybersecurity coordination and collaboration.
  • Internal administrative and planning support to including acquisition coordination and collaborative efforts (Congressional Tasker).

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Experience.
  • BS in Organizational Management, Project Management or Business Analysis
  • Strong skill set in MS Word, demonstrated ability to write professionally (reports, status updates, guidance)
  • Comfortable using PowerPoint and Excel – developing briefings, doing basic analysis with Excel (Tables/Charts – i.e. data organization)
  • Project Management oriented experience – comfort level in reviewing a schedule from a Waterfall perspective vs. Agile
