Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Danish Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers who rely on their Fitbit wearable technology to support their health, fitness, and wellness journeys.
What You Will Do
Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, resolving product and service queries with professionalism and empathy. Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fitbit wearables and educate customers on Fitbit's full range of health and wellness features.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Native or fluent Danish language skills are essential for this role. A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-focused consumer products is highly advantageous. Previous experience in customer support or a related client-facing role is preferred but not strictly required.
Requirements
Native or fluent Danish language skills (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
Good working knowledge of digital tools, mobile applications, and basic technical troubleshooting processes
