We are seeking a detail-oriented Report Manager to join our client team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing key performance scorecards, conducting audits, generating operational reports, and supporting documentation management within the Fulfillment Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Excel, report management, and ticketing tools like Zendesk. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Responsibilities
- Creation of Fulfillment SPP Scorecards
- Scorecard Management for all of fulfillment.
- Managing overall “health” of the documents
- o Handling any changes/edits to the scorecards
- o Management includes creating new quarters and a new document YoY
- Complete Audits as assigned: Returns, EODs, SOSs, etc
- Creation of the Fulfillment Actuals file on a weekly and monthly basis
- Create reporting as needed for the Fulfillment Department
- Create tickets in Zendesk from Tableau for SKU Inspection
- Doclink Management and Support
- Management of Fulfillment Capital Expense’s tracking
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

Job Qualifications
- Excel Proficiency:
- Intermediate-level skills in Excel, with knowledge of:
- Charts, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting.
- Functions like VLOOKUP and SUMIF.
- Ability to manage and generate operational and performance reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication for clear reporting and collaboration.

Payroll via: Upwork Contract
Payment Currency: USD
Salary Range: $7 - $9.5 per hour
Payment Cycle: Weekly or Biweekly
Working Hours: 42 hours per week
