Database Administrator (EN-SP):
We’re seeking a highly technical individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in English and Spanish. While prior knowledge of MongoDB is a plus, we provide comprehensive training. Our ideal candidate has:
What You'll Do as a Database Administrator:
- Perform technical tasks as part of a project delivery team
- Solve database and application issues and plan/debug MongoDB deployments
- Manage the consulting lifecycle from planning to follow-up
- Identify additional opportunities or risks during customer engagements
- Raise bug reports and feature requests
- Deliver customer training for architect, developer, and operations roles
- Collaborate with consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams
What You Need to Do the Job:
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- High motivation for a role combining technical and customer-management dimensions
- Confidence in speaking and presenting in a collaborative customer setting
- 2+ years of software development/consulting/support experience across various industries
- Familiarity with enterprise software architectures and application development methodologies
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js (JavaScript), Ruby, Perl, Scala, Go
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
