As a Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our client’s insurance brokerage operations. You’ll leverage your expertise in property and casualty insurance to process quotes, manage client information, and ensure smooth policy administration. This role offers a unique blend of customer service and technical skills, allowing you to make a tangible impact on clients’ lives while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Your bilingual abilities will be crucial in serving a diverse clientele and expanding the company’s market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Process and compile insurance quotes for property and casualty policies, focusing on home and auto coverage
  • Input and maintain accurate client data in company systems
  • Assist clients with policy payments and adjustments, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Support the sales team with efficient backend administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Juggle multiple quote requests simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and timeliness
  • Verify insurance information and policy details, ensuring compliance and correctness

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly with property and casualty lines
  • Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in insurance quoting software and database management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in data entry and policy verification
  • Solid understanding of insurance terminology, coverage types, and policy structures
  • Adaptability to learn company-specific processes and tools quickly
  • Comfortable handling multiple client requests (5 or more) concurrently
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity and team collaboration
