What your days might look like
As our Database Administrator (List Operations) you’ll be working with the wider Operations team to ensure accurate sales information is processed through our marketing partners into our CRM systems, ready for use by our fantastic sales team.
As our Database administrator, you’ll be:
- Transferring sales lead information and contacts into our CRM systems (Marketo / Salesforce).
- Data cleansing activities to ensure historical data records are valid and up to date.
- Following up incomplete data records directly and proactively to ensure we have complete sales records.
- Managing newly purchased lists and data sets so the sales team have effective leads to pursue globally.
What you will bring
- 1-2 years of experience in Database management / Administration
- Experience with organising large sets of mixed data into organised “ready to action” status.
- Thorough with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems (Marketo Salesforce a bonus).
- Hardworking and tenacious attitude to help your team succeed.
- Understanding of relevant sales information and the ability to identify decision making contacts.
- You have demonstrated the ability to think outside the box, enjoy challenges and are solutions oriented.
