About the role
Teramind is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive our digital marketing efforts and boost revenue growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase product visibility, engage customers, and generate high-quality leads for Teramind Insider Risk Management and Productivity Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Plan and execute webinars, digital events, and email initiatives to drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key industries and business segments.
  • Design and implement conversion optimization strategies across web, digital, email and other channels.
  • Create engaging digital content for various stages of the buyer's journey, including email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop campaign materials and sales enablement resources.
  • Manage reporting and analytics to track performance metrics and continuously refine marketing tactics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tactics.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, conversion optimization and reporting tools.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in analytics and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or IT software industry.
  • Knowledge of user activity monitoring, insider risk management, or related fields.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
