Fingerprint is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to develop and implement strategies to leads and sales pipeline for the company. You will collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to conceptualize, deploy, and refine demand gen initiatives across various channels, including website, email, webinar, and advertising.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality inbound leads, driving the growth of Fingerprint.
  • Execute a variety of demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, direct mail, sponsorships, and exploring new avenues for engagement.
  • Monitor, report, and optimize campaign and lead performance to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support optimizing website inbound flows and conversion rates, striving for continual improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales operations teams to ensure lead funnels are optimized for efficiency.
  • Support the Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and sales team with outbound email campaigns and coordinated ABM initiatives, enhancing sales efforts.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a tech company focusing on developer products or B2B SaaS products.
  • Ability to understand the needs and interests of highly technical customers.
  • Proven track record of running coordinated marketing campaigns in support of sales objectives, with ABM experience being an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data related to lead funnel performance, ad performance, and AB testing methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of Fingerprint's product core concepts including APIs, web architecture, online security, and privacy.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to design and execute projects from start to finish.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating copy for advertising campaigns, email marketing and website pages.

Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.
