As a Technical Product Manager at Fingerprint, you will be instrumental in driving the product development, product growth, and new user experience strategy for our fraud detection technologies. You will work with the Growth engineering team to orchestrate and implement growth experiments, including A/B testing, to enhance product usage, capabilities, and market reach. This role will report directly to the Director of Growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of growth experiments with a focus on rapid iteration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine product features that enhance user experience and other key growth metrics.
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform product decisions and prioritize features based on their potential impact on growth and user engagement.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on test results, insights, and future plans.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in fraud prevention and browser fingerprinting technology to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of product management experience,
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a developer/SWE
  • In-Depth experience and previous ownership of growing Active Users, Signup and Conversion rates, New User Experience, Expansion, or Adoption and Retention specifically for a developer focused or API-First Product
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to define and use metrics to test hypotheses, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
  • Experience in running and facilitating growth experiments, A/B testing, and data analysis. Demonstrated experience and proficiency in SQL and Amplitude (or equivalent)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Developer-Focused or API-First products.
  • Background in software development or an understanding of API integration.
  • Ideally, this candidate will reside in the western hemisphere to insure team alignment

Compensation Range

$150,000 - $175,000 For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas.
