We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. Our Demand Generation Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and lead generation within the digital space as well as driving web traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The role requires a proven track record in creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance lead generation, and fostering a high-performance culture within both marketing and sales.
Location: Remote within US
Compensation: $85,000-$115,000 Base +10% Annual Performance Bonus
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, PPC, SEO, webinars, and events, to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Lead Management: Oversee the lead management process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a smooth handoff to sales and maximizing the conversion rates through nurturing strategies.
- Marketing data analysis: Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, track ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Provide regular reports on performance against goals and KPIs to senior management.
- Marketing Automation and Technology: Utilize Marketo and Salesforce to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows. Ensure data accuracy and actionable intelligence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and account management teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across departments.
- ABM Strategy Development: Collaborate on ABM strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives, focusing on key accounts.
- Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize marketing operations tasks including Marketo operations, lead management processes, lead scoring and marketing performance analytics.
- An eye for design: Work closely with our design team to make sure that all outgoing graphics meet our branding requirements. Be able to make suggestions and give feedback on design, layout and copy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of demand generation experience.
- Proven experience in a demand generation, digital marketing, or similar role, in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and technologies, including Wordpress, Marketo and Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with strong skills in content strategy and campaign development.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with senior management.
