Come Grow with Us and Join an Award-Winning Organization! Stearns Bank is looking for a Deposit Sales Representative. This is a remote-eligible position headquartered out of St. Cloud, Minnesota.

JOB SUMMARY

With a goal to promote business growth, this position will be responsible for generating sales by making outbound calls and engaging potential customers over the phone. A successful candidate must be dedicated, energetic and can communicate effectively to a wide range of people.

Starting wage of $20.00/hour. Employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers using provided leads and contact lists.
  • Navigate multiple systems to perform sales tasks professionally and accurately by phone.
  • Engage potential customers in conversation, clearly communicating our products and their benefits.
  • Customize conversations to address potential customer’s needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of all calls and leads in CRM software.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance objectives and operational standards.
  • Ability to find opportunities to sell Stearns Bank products and services.
  • Continues to enrich selling skills by utilizing the company’s selling tools such as reading appropriate literature, watching videos, and role playing with team members.
  • Maintain proven knowledge of deposit product and services to offer products and services that best fit the customer’s needs.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills. Ability to prioritize when multi-tasking.
  • Develops and strives to attain personal goals for oneself.
  • Loss prevention and security as applicable for this position.
  • Performs related work as the need arises.
  • Completes training as required.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of all legal and regulatory compliance issues as they pertain to this position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
  • Literacy in English.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc., reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, talk or hear.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
