The Global Digital Hubhas newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:
As a Design Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency in all design deliverables. You will oversee the quality assurance process for design projects, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and collaborating closely with design. In this role, you will be focusing on:

  • Leading the QA process from project initiation to final delivery, ensuring all design outputs meet quality standards and client specifications.

  • Verifying adherence to Roche branding and other client-specific guidelines, ensuring consistency in all design elements.

  • Conducting proofreading and editing of design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.

  • Approving projects and change requests (CRs) post-production, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.

  • Maintaining detailed records of quality checks, feedback, and project communications in Workfront, and implementing and managing a system for tracking design errors and feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement

  • Intervening in the design process when necessary to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.

  • Working closely with graphic designers and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project continuity.

Who you are:

  • You have 3+ years of professional experience in design quality assurance or a related role within a creative agency or similar environment and proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

  • You have demonstrated ability to create and utilize QA checklists and maintain quality standards across multiple projects with strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • You have proven experience in managing and reviewing design projects from concept to final delivery.

  • You own excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to designers and other team members.

  • Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools is preferred.

  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
