Job Description

Role: Digital Designer

Salary: £30-35k

As a Digital Designer at Tomorrow, you'll be a driving force behind the look and feel of our digital communications. Developing your existing skills, you will work closely with the Senior Creative Producer on a range of ambitious and innovative internal and external projects. Projects will include the creation of digital marketing campaign assets, email newsletters, presentation materials and website design. You'll do this all while keeping our customers in mind. You'll work within and develop brand guidelines that will reinforce our brand identity. You'll work hand-in-hand with our development team to create the most aesthetically appealing and user-friendly designs. You'll have a direct impact on how our customers experience our brands. You will use your understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction to create impactful designs to showcase and produce the best work possible. Communication is a big part of the role, so you will be confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process, bringing new ideas and feedback to the team. You will be keeping a finger on the pulse of current trends that keeps our work current and innovative.

What you will do:

  • Contribute to creative meetings and share ideas
  • Presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image
  • Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms
  • Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
  • Produce attractive and effective designs for all media and presentations
  • Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback and apply to projects
  • Liaise effectively with internal team members and key stakeholders
  • Support the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

Requirements

  • You have a portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
  • You have the ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects
  • You are motivated to maintain and improve design standards and embrace new technologies
  • You are a team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • You have the willingness to listen to feedback and apply it to your work in order to improve
