This role is situated within the Digital Product Team at Diana Health. Diana Health’s Digital Product team works on building and enhancing our patient- and provider-facing technologies, which serve as critical enablers of our differentiated care model. The team develops mobile apps, EHR features, and various integrations with third-party tools to help solve some of the most acute barriers to operating an impactful, efficient healthcare business.
Role Description:
This role will oversee the implementation of digital solutions:
- Support the implementation of new features of our existing digital tools and implementation of new digital tools across our clinical sites.
- Drive alignment across internal stakeholders to ensure successful training and implementation for new digital solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for our existing digital tools and the processes to support these tools within the broader product team and the clinical teams.
What you’ll do:
Program Implementation and Management
- Own and manage new digital program implementation.
- Contribute to new digital implementation standards and process improvements.
- Set and coordinate meetings and planning cadences across all necessary Diana Health locations to implement the new digital tools or features.
- Occasionally travel to clinic sites to support new product implementation.
Training and Education
- Collaborate with the internal training team to develop necessary training processes and materials for new implementations and ongoing education for new hires.
- Work closely with product managers and the head of digital product to understand the program development pipeline and develop the required training roadmap.
- Work closely with product managers and the head of digital product and design to develop all necessary training materials for successful implementation.
- Coordinate with clinic leadership to schedule necessary training sessions.
Change Management and Collaboration
- Collaborate with regional leadership on change management processes.
- Work with regional directors and practice managers on internal communications and change management programs as necessary.
Continuous Improvement and Support
- Collaborate with the on-site team to support feedback and propose improvements to Diana Health’s training and education processes (e.g., training design, educational materials, site champions).
- Manage patient issues submitted for the Diana Health patient app.
- Provide digital process support required for new site implementation
- Provide ongoing support for existing digital tools and systems such as issue troubleshooting, investigation for process improvements, and system maintenance.
- Support product managers and designers with monthly sprint cycles with the in-house development team, including story development and release testing

Key Skills:
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, particularly EHRs and telehealth.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Analytical skills for assessing program performance.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, Business or Healthcare related field a plus
- 2+ years experience, ideally in tech, consulting, business development, product management, project management or similar
- Experience working with digital health technology, EHRs, or strong healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
