SEO Specialist - Technical SEO and Content Executive

Our client, a leading eCommerce growth agency, is looking for a skilled SEO Technical and Content Executive to join their dynamic team. As an SEO Technical and Content Executive, you will be responsible for implementing technical SEO improvements, optimizing website content, and ensuring best practices are followed to enhance search engine rankings. This role combines SEO expertise, content creation, and website optimization to ensure clients' websites are not only well-structured but also deliver high-quality, engaging content that converts.

Salary - $1000pm, after 3 months and successful review increases to $1200pm

Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical SEO, content optimization, and content management within an eCommerce environment.
• Hands-on experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce.
• Strong background in technical SEO audits, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in SEO content strategy, blog writing, and metadata optimization.
• SEO expertise, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and website performance optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture for SEO improvements.
• Experience in keyword research, metadata creation, and structured data implementation.
• Understanding of internal linking strategies and website crawlability improvements.
• Strong writing and editing skills for creating SEO-optimized blog posts, category descriptions, and FAQs.
• Ability to research and develop SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Ability to track and measure SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making to enhance search visibility and content engagement.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical SEO issues within defined timeframes.

SEO Performance and Engagement Metrics:

• Ensure 30% of published content ranks in the top 10 within 3 months.
• Maintain an average content score of 85/100 based on readability, keyword usage, and SEO best practices.
• Content scores below 50% AI score
• Maintain an average time on page of over 2.5 minutes for all published content.
• Achieve a bounce rate below 50%.
