As an Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Coach you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Coach and support a case-load of learners
  • Collaborate with Learning Specialists and Quality Assurance
  • Consultants to ensure learners successfully achieve their apprenticeship programme on time.
  • Provide clear and detailed written feedback on learning activities and goal completion
  • Support learners online across a variety of modules specifically helping them apply their skills to their current job roles.

A key part of the role is to provide learners with feedback and support on Digital Marketing concepts. It is therefore important that you have:

  • Experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of how to research and create marketing strategies/plans
  • Experience posting written marketing communications on various platforms
  • Proficient on major social media platforms
  • Experience with PPC, SEO, Email Marketing and Web Analytics
  • In-depth experience on using a wide range of online marketing tools
    Experience responding to enquiries on digital platforms and social media Awareness of Equality and Diversity;
