Digital Marketing Operations Specialist

Rumble is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to work with the existing team and the client in reviewing and approving online advertising campaigns on the ad servicing platform. In this role you will be:

What will you do:

• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• You should have excellent organization and problem solving skills
• Reviewing and tagging digital assets
• Liaising with the client to review advertiser accounts
• Communicating with the rest of the team and facilitating the flow of online traffic
• You will develop an expert understanding of the ad servicing platform and be the first of what should be a team of individuals
• Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including using online/video apps like Slack
• Facilitate the creation of campaigns on our proprietary ad platform
• Tagging and approving digital assets including banners and video assets
• Ability to be a team player who is comfortable with wearing many hats and shifting priorities
• Working as part of a remote team and supporting the sales efforts of the client
• Creating, updating and closing support tickets using Jira
• Ability to work 12pm - 8pm EST
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule

Qualifications:

• Extremely effective communication skills in English using online communication tools like Slack, with frequent team and client video calls
• ability to use browser based tools, VPN and other utilities required to review and appropriately tag digital assets
• experience with Apple IOS
• ability to generate reports from information provided, so as to present to the team for review

Remote: Eastern Time Zone only, also willing and able to travel 10-25% of the time (mostly domestic)
