What you’d be doing:

  • Own and execute the quality assurance roadmap prioritizing high-impact initiatives and automated solutions to optimize claims handling, enhance accuracy, adherence to regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented quality assurance professionals, fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture.
  • Analyze the quality teams’ performance to ensure audit data is consistent, accurate and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of audit data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for training, or refinements to guidelines or processes.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of clear and insightful stakeholder reports to provide insights on overall quality and progress updates against key activities and outputs.
  • Partner with Claims Optimization, Operations, and Compliance to establish quality KPIs, measurement systems, audit requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a claim reinspection program.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of P&C claim experience including claim quality audit experience is required.
  • 8+ years of experience managing a team; a track record of rapid scaling of high-performing agile teams.
  • 5+ years of claim field reinspection experience is required.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute.
  • Excellent communication, experience managing multiple priorities and working closely with stakeholders on timely execution of deliverables.
  • Able to perform work with limited supervision, while possessing the ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily workflow and project assignments to meet specified deadlines.
  • Experience with data interpretation, data analysis, OKR/metric generation and performance measurement experience.
  • An exceptional coach that can bring out the best in their teams and is committed to the development of their team.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Experience working within data-driven organizations
  • Claims training experience or oversight preferred
  • Program Management experience
  • Professional designation(s) or advanced degree
  • Catastrophe claims support experience
  • Knowledge of construction and repair methodologies via claims field experience
