SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, GTM Strategy and Planning to lead our Go To Market projects and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of revenue operations projects and programs to support our Go To Market organization's success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of revenue operations, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
The role will report to the VP of Revenue Operations.
We are focused on candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the management and enhancement of sales operations programs, driven by the Go To Market operational cadence and aligned with the company's sales objectives and priorities.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of revenue operations programs, processes, and initiatives to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, IT, and HR, to define program requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for slide deck creation, analytical strategy, and operating cadences, and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to support successful program execution.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of revenue operations programs related to slide deck creation, analytical strategy, and operating cadences, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Identify and address program risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides for revenue operations projects and programs
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of project managers and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations and make recommendations for innovation and optimization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in program management or a related role, with at least 7 years of experience in revenue operations.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Experience in slide deck creation, defining analytical strategy, and building out operating cadences preferred.
