THE OPPORTUNITY:

As Associate Director, Program Management & GTM Operations at Caraway Home, you will lead a variety of cross-functional initiatives across Caraway’s business, from major product launches and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to brand campaigns, holiday promotions, and sitewide sales events. You will oversee the entire Program and Go-To-Market process from concept to consumer, working collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Creative, Growth, Digital Product, and other departments, delivering best-in-class program management to ensure seamless execution and high-impact results.

In this role, you’ll bring both a PMO and GTM perspective, expertly bridging product development with strategic planning and execution. Acting as both a strategic and operational leader, you’ll manage a broad portfolio of programs, create structured project plans, and optimize workflows, aligning stakeholders on key goals and timelines. Your leadership will be central to driving operational excellence and streamlining processes that support Caraway’s continued growth across a wide array of business initiatives.

You are an organized, results-driven leader with a passion for steering complex projects from concept to launch. With a robust background in program management and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, you have a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering impactful brand campaigns, promotional events, site experiences, and product launches in the consumer goods or DTC space. Your skill in creating clarity and structure ensures projects move seamlessly through each stage, while your proactive problem-solving keeps initiatives on track, aligning with Caraway’s brand values and high standards.

A data-informed decision maker, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your commitment to innovation, non-toxic living, and sustainability aligns closely with Caraway’s mission, and your leadership will play a pivotal role in strengthening our GTM and program efforts to support Caraway’s growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively facilitate the interaction of key stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Growth, Product, and Digital Product to bring programs, campaigns, seasonal events, products, and brand initiatives to market. Manage risks, schedules, and dependencies, serving as the central point of contact to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals and strategies.
  • End-to-End GTM Process & Strategy Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to embed the go-to-market (GTM) strategy within Caraway’s program framework, ensuring each launch or initiative is optimized for brand alignment, consumer engagement, and market entry. Collaborate on planning and project timelines to achieve GTM objectives
  • Program Accountability from Start to Finish: Own and deliver all elements of each program, from ideation through execution and end-of-life, ensuring all phases adhere to Caraway’s quality standards, KPIs, and brand values.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Channel vital information across teams, providing consistent updates and acting as a conduit to foster business continuity. Ensure GTM, brand campaigns, and promotional initiatives are aligned within the broader program management framework, with clear deliverables, success metrics, and accountability frameworks (RACIs).
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify and implement enhancements to Caraway’s program workflows, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions to streamline processes and elevate consumer experiences across various touchpoints, from product launches to holiday promotions.
  • Utilize KPIs for Data-Driven Decisions: Define, track, and analyze KPIs to evaluate the performance across all program types, including GTM launches, brand campaigns, and promotional events. Lead data-informed decisions within cross-functional teams, ensuring adjustments are made based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Risk Mitigation, Resource Management & Contingency Planning: Proactively identify and address potential program risks and resource gaps, developing mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate scope, cost, and schedule risks as needed to ensure timely resolutions and alignment with Caraway’s strategic goals.
  • Campaign & Content Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop content, storytelling assets, and campaigns that support GTM and brand objectives, ensuring cohesive consumer experiences across various initiatives, including site promotions and seasonal sales.
  • Continuous Improvement & Adaptability: Regularly assess and refine the effectiveness of program management and campaign strategies, proactively adapting processes to meet evolving business and market needs. Emphasize flexibility and responsiveness across both operational and promotional programs, driving alignment between Caraway’s strategic goals and day-to-day execution.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • 6+ years in program management, GTM strategy, or marketing operations within consumer goods or digitally native brands; experience in product development preferred.
  • Skilled in managing complex project plans, timelines, and workflows, with a track record of delivering efficient, high-quality results.
  • Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Creative, Growth, Digital Product, and Retail.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to KPI setting, performance tracking, and strategy optimization.
  • Expert in designing scalable, efficient processes and simplifying complex projects into clear, actionable steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, effective in stakeholder alignment and change management.
  • Proficient with tools including Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite, Figma, Notion, MS Project, and Visio.
  • Passionate about design, home goods, and sustainable, non-toxic living, aligning with Caraway’s mission and values.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, business management, or related field preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this role ​is $120,000 - $140,000 - Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
