We are searching for a unique marketing leader, one who is analytical and revenue-driven, to take on the role of our Director of North America Marketing. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team tasked with building innovative, integrated marketing campaigns that support the full customer journey, a challenge that only a few can handle.

This high-visibility role reports to the Vice President of Global Demand Generation and will work cross-functionally across the entire go-to-market organization. The ideal candidate is a passionate and creative marketer who leverages data to inform decisions, drives their team to surpass company growth goals, and can turn strategy into tactics. Prior experience leading teams across field marketing, integrated campaigns, TOFU campaigns, expansion efforts, and leveraging predictive ABM will be critical to success.

How you will make a difference:

  • Own driving creation of all pipeline and pipeline velocity for North America
  • Manage a team of established campaign managers/field marketers and develop their skills to support their growth
  • Plan fully integrated campaigns that cover TOFU to BOFU
  • Build personalized customer experiences by understanding how each buyer persona uses our solution
  • Develop targeted expansion campaigns designed to ensure we are supporting our customers’ growth
  • Align with product marketing to ensure product releases have the maximum impact during rollout
  • Work cross-functionally with broader demand generation, marketing, and go-to-market teams to drive operational excellence and repeatable results
  • Align North American marketing efforts to support the sales and ARR growth best

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 8+ years of demand generation and marketing leadership experience
  • Have a curiosity that drives them to challenge the status quo and find answers to questions that others are not thinking to ask
  • Have a track record of fueling rapid pipeline growth that supports massive booking results
  • Thinks big picture, cross-functional first
  • Is a great communicator and storyteller; this role is highly visible and will need to rally teams beyond just the marketing team
  • Is a strong project manager who consistently hits project timelines
  • Has a relentless drive to surpass targets

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $144,000 - $215,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
