As Director of Business Operations, you will work with the COO and other key leaders to broadly ensure organizational effectiveness at Postscript. In this role, you will be the founding member of the Business Operations function and will help to further integrate the GA teams with each other and with the overall organization.

Your mandate will be to support improved planning, visibility to performance versus plan, and general operational excellence across the org. This is a highly visible, high-impact position leadership position that will work very closely with executive leadership, as well as various leaders throughout the organization, and will have the opportunity to work on major company initiatives and priorities. This position is fully remote.

Primary duties

Partner with leadership to develop and lead the annual planning roadmap and execution

  • Lead business reporting across various levels of the organization
  • Play a lead role in developing and delivering excellent operating cadence, including business reporting and formats.
  • Lead key annual and quarterly operational initiatives
