Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a Director of HCP Marketing who be responsible for leading the development, advancement, and execution of the brand strategy and associated tactics for VYJUVEK, focused primarily on the healthcare professional segment. Lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing materials and programs in the U.S. as well as other global markets to ensure consistency and optimize spend. This is a highly visible role with the organization and will require cross-functional collaboration across the organization, with partners such as Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, & Sales.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develops marketing strategies, timely and effective plans, and programs for VYJUVEK
  • Analyzes and proposes innovative and competitive strategies in the development of the brand plan, including serving as the brand planning lead
  • Optimizes the execution and strategy of HCP speaker programs, including content development as well as steering committee and advisory board initiatives
  • Leads the cross-functional planning for national conference presence
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for the brand, with a deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, patient journey, and market trends
  • Develops academic and community physician strategies and execution plans through insights gained from market research, field insights, and advisory boards
  • Builds effective working relationships with key external stakeholders, such as thought leaders, advocacy groups, and medical societies
  • Works closely with field leadership to ensure field alignment with brand strategy, and identifies opportunities for training needs
  • Liaises with Medical Affairs teams & other key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are efficiently translated into effective initiatives
  • Develops and delivers presentations as needed to senior leadership and other internal teams
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight required
  • Accountable for proactive management of marketing activities to assure compliance with internal Company and external requirements

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS/BA with 8 years commercial experience including sales or marketing
  • Demonstrated experience and marketing success in rare disease
  • Launch experience preferred
  • Experience managing external agencies and working collaboratively with promotional review teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Strong communication, organizational and operational skills, with attention to detail and sound business judgment
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven project management skills including objective setting, prioritization, planning, timeline and budget management, and pull-though of clear action plans
  • Ability to adapt and thrive within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Travel approximately 25%, on an as-needed basis
