The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to build and execute a scalable strategy that drives qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This role will own our lead generation programs, marketing automation, and campaign execution—leveraging digital, ABM, and content strategies to attract and convert ideal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Demand Strategy – Create and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for sales.
Own Performance Metrics – Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, measuring ROI across paid, organic, email, and event channels.
ABM & Paid Acquisition – Build account-based marketing (ABM) programs and paid media strategies to target high-value accounts.
SEO & Content-Driven Growth – Partner with content teams to fuel inbound lead generation through SEO-optimized content, webinars, and thought leadership.
Marketing Ops & Automation – Optimize our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring efficient lead capture, scoring, and nurturing.
Sales & Marketing Alignment – Collaborate closely with sales to ensure marketing-driven leads convert to pipeline and revenue.
Event & Partner Marketing – Support field marketing efforts, including industry events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
What You Bring
5+ years in B2B SaaS or fintech demand generation with a track record of building pipeline and accelerating growth.
Deep expertise in digital marketing, ABM, and paid acquisition (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing funnel conversion and campaign performance.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration with sales, content, and product teams.
Experience managing external resources and scaling teams of people with prior budget ownership experience.
Passion for fintech, B2B payments, or a fast-paced startup environment.
