This position is 100% remote work; can work from anywhere in the U.S. Some travel may be required based on business need.

Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience in marketing or a related field and 3 years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
Additional Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree or PhD in a related field, which may include liberal arts, business, communications, marketing, health care, or a similar field highly preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare highly preferred
- Demonstrated success and leadership of effective marketing strategy development and tactical implementation of broad-scale marketing initiatives, including competency in market intelligence, data analysis, creation of marketing approaches involving advertising on social media/digital/mobile channels.
- Demonstrated success in budget management.
- Ability to effectively build, lead and motivate teams of individuals with diverse skills and abilities.
- Proven ability to build successful, collaborative, cross-functional relationships with highest levels of physician and administrative leadership and lead high-performing teams including providing career development for team members.
- Must possess strong, analytical, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and strategic judgment.
- Must possess political savvy and ability to function effectively in the face of ambiguity.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a consensus-style operation that expects and promotes teamwork.
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and/or proprietary information.
- Ability to rally a team and consistently deliver positive results.
- Strong background, including digital marketing is preferred.
- Experience with a major brand is helpful.
- Some travel is required.
