We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Director to lead the development, innovation, and execution of our workforce management (WFM) solutions. This senior leadership role will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our WFM products. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver cutting-edge, scalable, and efficient workforce management products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to guide product decisions and ensure relevance in the market. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the long-term vision and roadmap for WFM products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful products.
  • Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality launches.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Partner with sales and marketing teams to define positioning, messaging, and enablement for product success.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product impact, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and other professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Resource Management: Manage product budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of product vision, progress, and results.
  • Exhibit classic product management skills around identifying market requirements, competitive analysis, driving differentiation, understanding use cases, defining value proposition, pricing, product life cycle management, exercising good judgement under pressure, setting prioritizations, etc., is key to success in this role.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at minimum 5 years in leadership roles, preferably within the workforce management, and / or related SaaS industries.
  • Proven experience in managing complex product portfolios, ideally within enterprise software or workforce optimization products.
  • Strong understanding of WFM concepts such as scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, performance management, and resource planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA is a must.
  • Significant experience in business and commercial management roles is essential.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data and fact-based decision.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Expertise in agile product development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and opportunities within the WFM space.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to drive innovation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
