Job Description

Zipdev is seeking a forward-thinking and seasoned Director of Revenue to lead our sales and marketing teams. In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in creating and implementing new strategies that boost our revenue and help us grow in the market. Your main goal will be to use your strategic skills and strong leadership to guide our sales and marketing teams in reaching and exceeding our ambitious targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the staffing industry, with a track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve their best.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, capable of identifying trends, opportunities, and effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with a capacity to respond to and manage changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the department's budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial health.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Set and track performance metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Stay updated on industry changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
