About the Role:

As the Director of Sales Operations, you will lead and enhance the efficiency of the company's enterprise sales processes, manage revenue-related functions, and equip the sales team with the tools, technologies, and automation necessary to drive revenue growth

Let’s talk about responsibilities:

Forecasting and Planning

  • Lead operational cadences across sales to include forecasting and pipeline meetings, deal reviews, and account/opportunity planning
  • Build quarterly and annual business review assessments like territory and capacity planning, quota and compensation analysis, account and product penetration reports, and overall sales organizational processes.
  • Create and analyze key insights from forecasts, key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics

Tech Stack & Data Management

  • Drive the adoption of sales tech stack, to include CRM, data providers, comms tools, and more, through optimization, integration, training, and overall platform improvement.
  • Develop and lead a data governance program to ensure the accuracy of sales data including but not limited to pipeline data, customer segmentation, territory management, and purchase data.

Performance Metrics and Analytics

  • Own the sales analytics and reporting functions globally across all key sales channels, teams and products
  • Manage and update always-on dashboards in CRM and/or BI tools for up-to-the-minute reporting on KPIs, pipeline management and forecasting

Sales Process Optimization

  • Support the field sales team on setting up an engine for opportunity management (creation, updating, closing), lead distribution and follow-up, SLA creation and management, and more.
  • Establish a sales account-based outbound process that integrates cross-functionally across enablement, training, tech stack, planning and process.
  • Develop standards for sales excellence including key scorecards, guiding metrics, and operational design

Requirements

Let’s talk about what you need to excel:

  • 7+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience in a B2B SaaS organization
  • 3+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce CRM management with other tech stack experience ideal across Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and general Sales tech stack landscape
  • SFDC certified admin
  • A passion for numbers and data. Very comfortable with manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets and using BI tools.
  • Proactive communication skills and a passion for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across various levels of expertise and seniority levels.
  • Must be able to effectively work on multiple tasks, prioritize and communicate realistic expectations to users
  • Dramatic attention to detail
  • Strong project management experience
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
