Job Description

About RitualRitual is a personal health brand that is building the future of daily essentials. Our mission is simple: we help turn healthy habits into a Ritual. We started by creating the first visible supply chain of its kind and reinventing the daily multivitamin from the ground up. Now, together with some of the world’s leading scientists, researchers and advisors, we’re developing a new standard of high-quality, traceable daily products across new categories. Hundreds of thousands of customers across generations trust us, and we are growing quickly. We’ve built a team of over 120 (and counting) curious skeptics, world-class scientists, unconventional artists, expert marketers, and analytical strategists. We’re venture-backed and based in sunny Los Angeles. If you’re looking to challenge the status quo and be challenged to do the best work of your career, join us.
Essential
Ritual is searching for a Director of Partnerships Marketing to lead our growth partnership channels - Influencers, Affiliates, and Podcasts - in close collaboration with marketing channel managers. The Director will join our Growth Team that’s responsible for efficiently acquiring customers, driving strong customer economics, and telling powerful brand stories. The ideal candidate is data driven, creative, curious, not afraid to think out of the box, and a fantastic team player. You will report to the Sr. Director of Acquisition, manage a team of exceptional growth marketing managers, lead the strategy and vision of key partnership channels, and work cross-functionally with other teams that include creative, brand, consumer insights, digital product, customer lifecycle and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and strategize with A+ marketing managers across growth channels that includes influencers, podcasts, affiliates, as well as new opportunities across paid partnerships.
  • Continuously evolve a partnership marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals, and drives efficient customer acquisition and hits our spend, CPA, and new subscriber acquisition goals.
  • Challenge channel leads to continue scaling our partnership channels to their next stage by providing thought leadership, identifying new and emerging influencers, podcasts, and affiliates, test opportunities, partnership structures, and additional ways to scale all channels.
  • Work in close collaboration with channel managers to set monthly budgets, make strategic recommendations and optimizations on spend allocation, and identify areas of improvement and optimization.
  • Obsess over data to drive optimizations and continuously look for new opportunities to efficiently scale marketing spend in the context of overall business objectives and other growth/digital channels.
  • Partner with digital, social, PR, and brand to ensure strong cohesion, integration, and collaboration across our partnerships and other areas of the business.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to drive success on company-wide initiatives and objectives both within the Growth Team, and across the organization.
  • Leader. You lead from the front and know how to work well with others - both on and off your team.
  • Partnership expert. You are an expert when it comes to leading and scaling large-scale influencer, affiliate, and podcast channels and are passionate about driving efficient growth. You are adept at building relationships to drive performance, brand equity, and trust with consumers.
  • Data-driven problem solver. You draw on different sources of insight to put together a clear point of view — and then execute on this vision.
  • Content and creative. You’re constantly thinking about new content and creative ideas and how to iterate on existing ones to drive performance.
  • Bias towards action. Willingness and desire to roll up your sleeves and execute in order to drive measurable results. You are gritty.
  • Growth mindset. You take feedback as an opportunity to grow. Curious and eager-to-learn
  • Organized. You have strong planning and organizational skills, and are able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in leading & managing Influencers, Affiliates, and Podcast channels, and 2 years managing high performing growth marketing managers.
