We are looking for a Director Product Management (m/f/d) who will organise product development and ensure high ROI. Your duties will include managing a product management team ensuring that ideas are translated into strategy and features, as well as following product development from start to finish. Your mission

  • Lead your team in planning sessions and ensure quarterly delivery cycles are planned based on our overall vision
  • Work closely with technology and delivery teams to design our platform capabilities and best-in-class data-based customer journeys
  • Strengthen our product management organisation, by bringing and sharing your passion for the discipline with your team
  • Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Analyse market trends, perform competitive product analysis and constantly propose new alternatives and innovative solutions to increase product performance
  • Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Prepare and review product requirements documents
  • Organize product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule
  • Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users
  • Working with customers to improve the product
  • Control the execution and evaluation of competitive and market analyses

Your profile

  • 8+ years professional experience in product and/or programme management (ideally in the software industry) and in team leadership/development
  • You inspire your team professionally and personally and enjoy joint successes
  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment
  • Previously working with eCommerce tech and experience with AI is beneficial
  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science٫ Engineering or other related area
  • Communication skills both verbal and written, negotiation skills and an analytical mindset are among your strengths in order to ensure clear and trusted interaction with stakeholders
  • Excellent programme management and presentation skills with a can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
