Litify is looking for a Director, Solution Engineering to be an integral leader on our go-to market team. In this role, you will be primarily supporting the Solution Engineering team in sales efforts in client-facing meetings, calls, and projects, and to develop and lead custom demonstrations and storyboards.
The Solution Engineering team at Litify is responsible for presenting product offerings in a value-driven way to prospects and customers, with the end goal being to instill confidence in the technology and to remove all technical objections in the pre-sales efforts. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
In this role, you will:
- Support the sales team in their campaigns by helping identify, quantify, and capture Litify’s value proposition and best solution that solves the customer’s challenges.
- Build and demonstrate the Litify platform in a way that aligns with the customer’s needs
- Conduct discovery sessions for potential Litify clients alongside our sales team
- Directly engage internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations
- Configure custom software demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities and enhance standard software demos for use by internal team members
- Participate in strategic deals
- Build and drive relationships with sales leadership
- Answer RFPs effectively
- Ability to travel domestically (25%)
To be successful in this role, you have:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a Solution Engineering role
- Experience in a management position

The estimated pay range for this role is $140,000-160,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
