Role Purpose
A technical specialist this role will be responsible for defining and implementing cloud native architecture solution for the Business (Lipper) within LSEG Trading and Banking Division. This is primarily a solution architecture and engineering role where, working as part of the technology solution team, aligned to Analytics strategic and modernization roadmap to deliver client.
Role Responsibilities
Design Cloud native application architecture solution and pattern that will fit into long-term business.
Migrating and implement solution for seamlessly application migration to public cloud.
Architecting application solution, data models & APIs as an efficient way to secure public cloud services.
Act as technical liaison between management, product, business, and development teams. Owning the development and evolution of architectural standards and technical governance by collaborating closely with other architecture teams.
Establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical staff to generate common understanding and relate their challenges to development strategy.
Foster significant projects and business initiatives using proven creativity and resourcefulness.
Capture, share and implement best-practices/recommendation with senior management.
Ability to contribute, influence, or advise a variety of projects concurrently.
Reduce risk by participating in proof-of-concept work.
Strategic project involvement which will make an impact to the business line.
Key Relationships:
Reporting to Director for Analytics technology solution and architecture engineering.
Product Management and other key collaborators
Developers and Development Management
Engineering and support team.
Requirement:
Extensive hands-on experience with LSEG Lipper Products in a Technical role
10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect
Strong analytical background and quantitative skills,
Working experience with Kubernetes and system/network infrastructure/programming language is plus.
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields is required but also solving, and thinking outside of box skills are just as important.
Azure. AWS and/or Kubernetes certification is preferred.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $133,000.00 - $247,000.00.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
