Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Senior Software Developer to lead the technical delivery of MaintainX's compliance and multi-region deployments, including single-tenant and multi-tenant environments, en commençant par notre environnement AWS GovCloud axé sur FedRAMP.

This role is highly operational and combines application development, infrastructure work and cross-team collaboration to ensure that our regulated and regional deployments remain aligned with our commercial SaaS architecture, while meeting strict requirements for compliance, security and operations.

This position is particularly suited to a senior developer who enjoys tackling complex and ambiguous technical challenges and turning them into clear, pragmatic solutions that teams can readily adopt without requiring in-depth knowledge of the domain.

Vos responsabilités:

• Design and implement shift-left practices and tools that support reliable release cycles in highly compliant, multi-region environments.

• Assumer la responsabilité et faire évoluer des composantes techniques clés supporting compliance and regional deployments, including provisioning, configuration and lifecycle management.

• Concevoir, développer et réviser des fonctionnalités applicatives across the entire technology stack, with mastery of TypeScript et React Native, ensuring consistent and reliable deployments across all regions.

• Establish and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) à l’aide de Terraform et Atmos pour gérer les environnements AWS GovCloud et autres environnements régionaux.

• Assurer la cohérence architecturale between regulated, regional and commercial environments to minimize gaps, while respecting compliance and data residency constraints.

• Diriger l’exécution technique d’initiatives complexes, in collaboration with engineering, security, compliance and product teams.

• Diagnostiquer, déboguer et optimiser services across infrastructure and application layers within distributed multi-region systems.

Votre profil

• Solide expérience en développement full-stack, including TypeScript, React Native, backend development and CI/CD pipelines.

• Expérience significative avec AWS et des cadres d’infrastructure en tant que code tels que Terraform et Atmos ; une expérience avec GovCloud constitue un atout.

• Capacité démontrée à piloter des initiatives techniques complexes touchant plusieurs systèmes ou équipes.

• À l’aise dans des environnements réglementés ou opérationnellement sensibles, where reliability and accuracy requirements are high.

• Capacité à conjuguer contribution technique approfondie, communication claire et influence technique.

• Interest in mentoring by example, architecture discussions and code reviews, even without formal people management responsibility.

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, is required as the person will lead platform engineering managers across multiple teams, present technical priorities to executive stakeholders, and align daily with engineering leaders located outside Quebec.
