What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Growth- Develop and execute a robust e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's overall product vision and growth targets.
- Own the revenue success of the product from concept to launch, for e-commerce products, ensuring seamless execution and go-to-market success.
- Gather and prioritize customer, market, and competitive intelligence to fuel e-commerce product innovation and optimize online sales funnels.
- Lead product-level experiments and A/B tests to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and digital engagement.
- Align cross-functional teams around a unified e-commerce strategy with clear goals, accountability, and metrics.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure digital products are built for scalability, performance, and market needs.
- Define minimum viable products (MVPs), prototypes, and specifications with a focus on rapid iteration and responsiveness to market feedback.
- Drive a customer-centric approach to innovation by working with product development and CX teams to leverage customer insights, improve user experience, and reduce churn.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes using analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Partner with marketing to develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and SEM initiatives to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing on branding, content, and social media to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence across all e-commerce touchpoints.
- Heavy involvement with sales team, growth strategies, and go-to-market execution
- Work closely with customer experience and support teams to refine the online customer journey, boost retention, and build a strong knowledge base.
- Collaboration with product management, engineering and project/program management team focused on e-commerce growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven success in leading e-commerce growth initiatives, with a track record of taking digital products to market and driving significant revenue.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize online customer journeys, and improve overall profitability.
- Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and drive initiatives that support e-commerce growth.
- Experience building products from scratch and successfully scaling them in the e-commerce space.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus.
