Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including but not limited to identifying target audiences, conducting market research, creating campaigns, and providing an excellent customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance and customer data using a variety of tools and help identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Write and edit product listings that will be published on our e-Commerce site ensuring accuracy and keyword optimization.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, supply chain, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams and stakeholders (product management, marketing, sales, logistics, etc) to ensure smooth operations and optimization of our e-Commerce store.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends including changes in product sales and pricing.
- Utilize customer service software and automation tools to provide best in class customer experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback .
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites, marketplaces or similar.
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders, especially Shopify, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of various martech platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally and with various stakeholders (internal and external).
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Must have a keen interest in learning new skills and improving.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience.
