We are looking for an eCommerce Intern (f/m/x) to join our diverse team for the period of 6 months. This role, situated within our Direct Department, will involve contributing to the development of direct-to-consumer business strategies, with a particular emphasis on sustainable consumption practices. As an intern, you will have the chance to assist in tasks related to product development, stock, and inventory management, while also contributing to driving growth and enhancing the customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist with day-to-day e-commerce operations tasks, such as order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
  • Support the implementation of strategies to optimize the e-commerce supply chain, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction, while also managing key accounts with our main suppliers.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to execute product strategy driving performance both on profitability and absolute revenue basis.
  • Assist in analysing e-commerce performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement
  • Help maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels on our e-commerce platform, coordinating closely with key suppliers to ensure timely updates and availability.
  • Provide administrative support to the e-commerce operations team as needed, including data entry, documentation, and file management, while also managing communication and coordination with key suppliers.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in e-commerce operations and key account management.
