Provide our clients with fast, efficient and accurate enrollments for all of their group members to include all carriers.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities
- Request additional documentation from clients as needed
- Process transactions into the corresponding carrier systems
- Email requests for carriers without a system and follow ups
- Email carrier retro requests and follow ups
- Send out confirmations to clients
- Enter transactions into our daily tracking tool (Smartsheet)
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Strong attention to details
- Strong sense of urgency
- Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office programs
