Greenhouse is looking for an Enterprise Sales Leaderto join our team!

In this role you will lead and grow our Enterprise Account Executive team to drive further development of the processes, behaviors, and relationships that will expand our offering beyond the thousands of innovative companies that already use Greenhouse to become great at hiring. As a key member of the sales organization, this leader will offer strategic support during the sales process and will contribute to Greenhouse's future sales planning.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and grow a team of successful Enterprise Account Executives
  • Iterate, innovate, and carry out our strategic sales plan
  • Help define an effective forecasting process to drive predictable revenue and to prioritize focus
  • Partner with the Marketing team on how we position new products and solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders from Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure unified messaging and tactics across customer-facing teams


You should have

  • Exceptional Enterprise SaaS knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience leading a competitive sales team and developing talent
  • Experience managing a sales cycle with complex implementations

The national pay range for this role is $237,000 - $355,000 annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
