Greenhouse is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst, GTM Strategy and Planning to join our team!
The GTM Strategy and Planning team provides strategic and analytical support to multiple business lines across Greenhouse. We are committed to developing and supporting a path to sustainable growth across the revenue organization and are a trusted partner to stakeholders across the company seeking strategic thought leadership and actionable intelligence.

You'll own and improve key strategic and analytical projects and will be the primary analytical partner to our Customer Acquisition operating group. You'll work closely with leadership across our revenue, marketing, operations, and finance teams. This role will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations and will sit within a global Revenue Operations team.

What you’ll do

  • Design and build models and dashboards to inform decision-making throughout the revenue organization
  • Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics, translating data into insights and action and communicating recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to complete critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Support the annual strategic planning process by building investment cases for incremental resources, driving tradeoff discussions, and setting and tracking organizational goals
  • Build and improve upon GTM-focused data models within the enterprise data warehouse


You should have

  • 1+ years of experience in a data, consulting, finance, operations, or research role
  • Proven ability to extract actionable insights from complex data
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and SQL
  • Experience working as a trusted partner with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company or supporting GTM functions, a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $64,600- $96,900 annually. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
