2. Job Description

As the Europe Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share across Europe. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and foster strong relationships with clients to promote the adoption of our digital business card solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of digital networking and making a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals across Europe.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and drive results.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to identify business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

3. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

  • Fluency in English is required.
