2. Job Description We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative growth strategies to increase user base and KADO's brand visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, execute effective campaigns, and continually optimize our marketing tactics to maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and activation.
Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, content marketing, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with product and development teams to optimize user experience and conversion.
Utilize analytics and tracking tools to assess campaign performance and make strategic adjustments as needed.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and business growth.
Supervise and lead a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and support.
3. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preferably in a growth or user acquisition role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
