Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Founder & Chief Operating Officer. This role calls for an organized, process-driven, problem solver. You will be in a dynamic environment, supporting a busy executive and doing your best to smooth out any bumps along the way. You understand the value you can add to your executive’s day and are continually looking for ways to improve it.

What you'll do:

• Make recommendations to the COO with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization

• Provide proactive calendar support for the COO for both internal and external meetings

• Support COO at in-person events through content creation, logistics management etc.

• Proactively make and change travel arrangements with short notice as business needs change

• Additional travel with the COO up to 25% of the time

What we look for:

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably supporting a founder

• Strong attention to detail, good writing abilities, clear communicator, incredibly organized, and able to balance multiple requests

• Experience in a tech/startup environment, someone who is comfortable with change (we are growing 4x year over year!)

• Experience with social media in a professional environment

• Proficient in GSuite, Slack, Notion or equivalent tools

This is a remote first role based in the Los Angeles area and team members will be expected to commute to Marina del Rey, CA on a semi regular basis.
