In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving as the bridge between our company and exciting SaaS and Tech startups in their journey of growth. This role involves working closely with executives in dynamic SaaS startups, assisting them in areas crucial to their growth such as:
- Operations / HR
- Finance / Payments
- Recruiting
- Marketing

Job Description
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant in Latin America to be a supportive force to our CEOs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional EnglishCommunicationSkills and meticulous attention to detail.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities May Include:
CalendarManagement
Support the CEO in Account Management: primarily regarding nurturing sales leads.
Sales Support: Review the CEO’s sales dashboard to identify prospects and support their business development growth.
Maintaining Sales Pipeline: Act as a point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries and requests, and forwarding them to the appropriate sales executive.
Meeting Support: Assist in following up on action items. Do post-meeting follow-ups ensuring all pricing proposals, sales materials, and decks are sent to the prospect and modified as needed.
Social Media Posts Support
Data Management: Keep reports updated.
Research: Research specific topics, markets, or competitors to provide relevant information to the CEO.
Recruiting experience is a plus.
Qualifications
1-3+ years of executive assistant experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
MUST be proactive - you don’t wait for orders and can act independently in the best interest of the company.
Sales enablement experience. (More on this below)
Mindset: A young and dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to embrace the startup culture.
Speak very good English with a minimum of C1 level and speak English on a regular basis.
You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role.
Are excited to work in a startup environment; you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
Sales Enablement refers to:
Document Development: Creating compelling sales brochures, presentations, etc, to help communicate the value and benefits of the products or services.
Follow-up Processes: Doing follow-up emails. This may include setting up automated email campaigns, reminders for follow-up emails, etc.
Proposal and Agreement Support: Assisting in the creation and delivery of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, agreements, contracts, etc.
Lead Nurturing: Identify leads and send them email or LinkedIn messages, follow up with them, and set up meetings with them on the calendar for the CEO.
