Overview
Recharge is looking for a motivated and self-driven Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Oisin O’Connor. This role requires confidence to make quick decisions, excellent attention to detail, thoughtful planning and execution, respect for confidential matters, and unwavering integrity and professionalism. This role provides an opportunity to learn about a high-growth company in a rapidly changing industry.
You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Please note - this role will be a hybrid position (3 days per week) based out of our Lehi, Utah office.
What you’ll do
- Live by and champion our values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration and Details
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Plan, book and manage travel arrangements and expenses, including accommodations, itineraries and logistics to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Own and maintain the CEO’s calendar, balancing priorities, managing scheduling requests and optimizing time allocation.
- Support coordination of company events, leadership meetings, and team gatherings from planning to execution
- Provide additional support on projects as needed, contributing to the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Minimal travel will be expected
What you’ll bring
- Act as a key representative of the CEO, managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness and organization, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient prioritization of tasks
- Serve as a collaborative partner across departments, contributing to ad hoc projects as needed to support company-wide initiatives
- Demonstrate strong judgment, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving in all aspects of the role
- Required: 3+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably in a rapidly growing organization
- Proficient in Google Suite, Slack.
- Confluence, Navan and other relevant tools a plus
- Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS industry
- Notary Public certification
