About The Role
The Executive Assistant (EA) will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our CEO’s day-to-day activities. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who excels in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is adept at managing complex schedules and strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO’s Chief of Staff, the EA will handle a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to high-level strategic projects. This role offers significant career growth opportunities, as you will gain deep insights into the operations and strategic direction of a rapidly scaling tech company.
What You’ll Do
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing meetings, and ensuring optimal time allocation.
- Prepare agendas, collect and organize relevant materials, and take detailed meeting minutes.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication flow.
- Assist with strategic projects, including research, analysis, and drafting documents or presentations.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- Track and follow up on key action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain and organize important documents and files, ensuring easy accessibility.
What We Need
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate sensitive personalities and complex dynamics.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work hours (ideally Pacific Time) that overlap with the CEO’s schedule, on occasions extending into the evenings.

Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary range for this role, subject to change.
