Why this role exists
Our client seeks a Digital Marketing Assistant to enhance their digital presence and streamline their operational processes. Due to past challenges with assistant quality, this role will focus on delivering high-quality work across social media management, program support, and administrative tasks while leveraging AI tools for increased efficiency.

The Impact you’ll make

Social Media & Content Management
  • Manage social media platforms and engagement
  • Create and edit content from podcast episodes
  • Transform podcast content into short video clips
  • Track and optimize social media performance
Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Execute email marketing and drip campaigns
  • Research and prospect potential CEO coaching clients
  • Support lead-generation initiatives
  • Track campaign performance metrics
Program & Administrative Support
  • Assist with retreat planning and coordination
  • Manage Slack community engagement
  • Streamline operational processes using AI tools
  • Provide general research support
  • Maintain efficient communication systems

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • 2+ years of social media management and content creation experience
  • 1+ years of experience with email marketing campaigns and drip sequences
  • Demonstrable experience with video editing and podcast content repurposing
  • Proven track record in research and lead generation
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
  • Experience with Slack for professional communication
  • Background in event/retreat coordination preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools and new technologies
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
  • 20 hours a week
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
  • No benefits package included
